NEW CLIENTS
A $49 deposit is required to confirm and hold your appointment. Deposits may be applied toward services rendered and are non-refundable. Please click here to schedule your appointment and pay your deposit.

RETURNING CLIENTS
A new deposit is not required for additional appointments; however, a credit card must be on file. If you fail to abide by the cancellation/rescheduling policy, there will be a non-refundable $49 fee charged to the card on file.

CLIENT ONLY ACCESS
Access client only information by signing up for an account. Access will be granted within 24 hours to clients of the spa only. Click here to sign up.
PAYMENT POLICY
Payments are due in full prior to services being rendered or you will be rescheduled according to the availability of your technician.
​CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY
We get it! Life happens; however, for all services, we require a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Missed appointments represent a cost to us, to you and to other clients who could have been seen in the time set aside for you. Your $49 deposit will be forfeited for appointments that are not cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours. A new deposit will be required prior to your next scheduled appointment. Excessive abuse of scheduled appointments may result in discharge from the spa.

LATE POLICY
If you are 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, your appointment will be rescheduled. We understand that delays can happen; however, we must work diligently at keeping other clients on schedule. If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened in order to accommodate client scheduling. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” treatment. Out of respect and consideration to your technician and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.

NO SHOW POLICY
We will do our part by keeping fees to a minimum. Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo his or her appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show", and your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to reschedule.

ADDITIONAL GUEST
In an effort to provide a private, oasis of a serene environment, we ask that clients do not bring any guest that will not be receiving treatments.
​
SPA HYGIENE
A spa must be kept impeccably clean so that there is no transfer of skin conditions from one client to another. At Serenity's Key Med Spa we are proud of our obsession with cleanliness! Everyone wins by practicing good spa hygiene! Always shower before entering a spa facility.
