This treatment is permanent; however, clients come back within 5 years for a quick touchup session. ​ All treatments come with a FREE follow-up treatment. ​ FAQs ​ DOES IT HURT? A topical anesthetic ointment is liberally applied in order to numb the skin and make the treatment comfortable; however, it may not fully remove the pain. ​ HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE? Although there will be excellent results with the initial treatment, two to three treatments are recommended to achieve perfectly soft and natural results. Each treatment should take anywhere from 1-3 hours, depending on the targeted area. ​ HOW LONG AFTER A SURGERY MUST I WAIT BEFORE GETTING A TREATMENT? Following a minor surgery, a waiting period of at least 6-8 months is required, and 12 months for a major surgery. This is required to give all tissue adequate time to heal. During your consultation, we will evaluate your scar and advise you on the appropriate time frame for treatment. WHEN NOT TO CONSIDER STRETCH MARK AND SCAR CAMOUFLAGE? If you have keloid scars, dark or raised edges on your stretch mark or scars, hyper pigmented skin (depending on how dark the scar is).
